VISITORS AND PATIENT GUIDELINES DURING THE COVID PANDEMIC
THE ENTRANCE TO THE AREA OF EMERGENCY INCIDENTS IS ALLOWED ONLY TO ONE (1) ESCORT IF THE PATIENT NEEDS HELP, EXCLUSIVELY WITH THE DEMONSTRATION AND THE VERIFICATION OF A VACCINATION CERTIFICATE OR A CERTIFICATE OF HOSPITALIZATION WITHIN SIX MONTHS OR A NEGATIVE RAPID TEST WITHIN 48 HOURS BEFORE ENTERING THE HOSPITAL, ACCORDING TO THE MINISTRY OF HEALTH. PATTIENT ADMISSION
1. EMERGENCY ADMISSION (on duty day only)
The patient who comes to the Hospital on a General On-call day
is examined in principle by a doctor on duty at the Department's Clinics
Emergencies. If its immediate introduction is deemed necessary,
is issued by the doctor Emergency Ticket with which the
its introduction by the Office Patient Movement.
2. REGULAR ADMISSION (off-duty days)
On the days when the Hospital is not on duty, they are done only
scheduled - regular imports.
The ticket for scheduled admission is issued by the doctors
of the Hospital, after examining the patient in the Mornings or at
Afternoon Outpatient Clinics. For regular admission it is observed
Waiting List and those interested are notified by the Office
Patient Movement. During their admission, patients must bring
their Police Identity Card and their Health Booklet
Their insurance carrier. In addition, they should know the VAT number and
the DOU to which they belong. In the case of Emergency Admission the above
data should be submitted to the Patient Accounting Office
Patients as soon as possible by the patient's relatives. The patient
upon admission he receives a Booklet of Laboratory Examinations
and Prescription Medicines in which the orders of
laboratory tests and medication during it
of his hospitalization.
EXIT PROCEDURE
The attending physician signs the patient's Discharge form
after the end of his hospitalization. The discharge form along with the
Booklet of Laboratory Examinations and the Prescription of Medicines
they are delivered to the Patient Accounting Office where they are arranged
any financial obligations of the patient (if they are not covered
