Η The Medical Service of the University Hospital of Larissa is a Directorate of and is structured into Sectors, which have Departments according to speciality, Interdepartmental Departments, other Departments, and University Clinics, Laboratories and Units that have established under the provisions of Article 13 of Law 1397/93, as follows:
  
Α. SECTOR
a) A' Pathological Sector with a capacity of 200 beds
b) B΄ Pathological Sector with a capacity of 200 beds
c) Surgical Sector with a capacity of 200 beds
d) Laboratory sector
e) Mental Health Sector with a capacity 25 beds
f)Intersectoral Departments with a capacity 25 beds

In the Sections, there are regularly operating Outpatient Clinics of the respective specialties with the specialties of
of the doctors in service. The number of outpatient clinics for each specialty shall be determined by decisions of the Joint Commander, after the recommendation of the Director of Medical Services..
