Agathon, ancient tragic poet who lived 450-400 BC. and in his house the famous "Symposium" of Plato took place, he had pointed out about those who exercise power and rule: He remembers the ruler of three things: First, that he rules over men, secondly, that he rules according to laws, thirdly, that he rules nowhere. Therefore, he who has power should not forget three things:

First, that there are people. All of us who practice administration are leaders, therefore the superiors, managers, administrators, all of us, must not forget that we are dealing with people, who have their own needs, their own personality, their own capabilities and weaknesses. Therefore, people-centered management is a successful management model.

Secondly, that according to the laws it rules. Statutory Laws are the supreme rule. Societies found in a state of lawlessness dissolved as social entities, disappeared from the record of history, their members assimilated by other peoples. Therefore the rulers must act according to the Law, because otherwise there is also Justice.

Thirdly, that there is no end. Those who exercise power, those who rule must remember that the beginning has an end. The hourglass of time steadily empties and what remains is the work, the ethos, the aura it leaves in its wake.

So let's aim high, let's see beyond the obvious. From the findings and wishes, let's move on to the work and creativity, because we are all judged by them. It is, I think, the time when everyone must speak the language of their works and days, assuming the responsibility that belongs to them.
